CANCELLATION
Refunds will be given for cancellations received in writing by
Feb 13, 2004, subject to an administration fee of USD58,
or CNY480.
If you register after
Feb 13, 2004, your order is considered firm. We regret that refunds cannot
be given after this date. Delegate substitution is permitted at all
times. Please note that if you register for the forum and do not
attend, you are liable for the full registration fee unless you
cancel within the time period stated above.
NFF Committee reserves the right to change program date,
meeting place or content without further notice and assumes NO
liability for these changes.

HELPFUL TIPS
Reserve early
for prime spot during the forum sessions and banquets, and
choice of recreational activities;
The attire
for 04¨NFF is business casual for all forum sessions and
activities. Temperatures in mid March in Shanghai should be
18 degree during the day and can drop to 10 degree
in the evening. In addition, you may want to bring appropriate
attire for dinners and recreational activities.
