Overseas Chinese Scholars Chamber of Commerce (OCSCC), founded in 2000 Sydney Australia and headquartered in Jan 2003 Toronto Canada, is a vibrant non-profit organization with over 400 well-educated Chinese elites, drawn from a variety of impressive backgrounds and 36 countries/regions around the world.
